Description
Because of its picturesque setting and temperate climate this time of year, this art festival attracts approximately 70 premier artists from across the country. Visitors have the opportunity to interact with the artists, learn what inspired them, and discover the techniques they used to make their artworks and wares. Along with traditional original oils and acrylics on canvas, museum board and wood panel, festival goers will find watercolors, drawings, pastels, photography, pottery and ceramics, fiber art, glass art, metal sculpture, handmade Tiffany style lamps and handcrafted jewelry. Besides fine art, this festival also features gourmet food booths and live entertainment. Trip Advisor has named Sanibel as the #2 vacation destination.
