Area Information

Bonita Springs

Bonita Springs is conveniently located north of Naples and south of Estero, with easy access to I-75, Southwest Florida International Airport and the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Historically a sleepy fishing village, Bonita Springs has grown to a population nearing 50,000. Its mix of historical and new is evident along Hickory Boulevard, where original beachfront cottage-type homes are intermingled with newly constructed, larger and more luxurious residences. Older residential communities remain scattered among newer gated communities featuring golf courses, club houses and resort-style amenities. Original family-owned restaurants are interspersed with national chains and high-end eateries. Bonita Springs truly is a mix of historic and brand new. For more information, please see our Bonita Springs – Estero Visitor Guide.
